Whenever you commence a renovation there is always a lot of concerns, in particular I didn’t know the extent of the work required, I was concerned with budget blowouts, & meeting key timelines.

Our initial concerns were that the original quote we were given was going to blown out of our budget, as many other people who have used other builders have had this issue.

Binai was great in sticking to the budget he quoted us for. Another concern was that the builders may not finish in the estimated time that was given to us. Again, Binai and his team worked relentlessly to finish our project on time.

If we ever had a question, suggestion, query or issue, Binai would always take the time out to discuss things with us, he responded to every message swiftly and kept every appointment we had. His extensive knowledge about building was so helpful to us.

Because we are time poor with work constraints, it was fantastic that Binai coordinated the whole project, sourced plumbers, electricians and painters, etc. and communicated with us every step of the way.

As we lived on-site during the renovations, we got to know a lot of the builders and tradies and they were all very courteous and helpful.

One of my close friends introduced Binai to me and talked about his great experience in working with Daryoush and Ryan Binai in his house renovation project.

I got several quotes from different builders but when talking to them I had a feeling that they did not really know what the extent of my work was or what the council regulations were etc. However, since the very first meeting with Daryoush at the site, I found him very knowledgeable and indeed he brought a wealth of experiences to my project even before signing a contrast. His quote was also fair.

My project went through lots of changes in the design stage before the construction and I was very happy with how Daryoush managed those changes patiently and provided me with good advice on different aspects of the work. He was updating me on the work progress almost on a daily basis and answered all my calls and requests within a few hours. I was also very happy with the quality of the finished work.
